Israel - In the Bible's Path

DAY 1 - SUNDAY - ARRIVAL IN ISRAEL
Arrival at Ben Gurion International Airport. Assistance and Reception. Transfer to the hotel. Dinner and overnight in Tel Aviv.

DAY 2 - MONDAY - TEL AVIV - CAESAREA - MOUNT CARMEL - TIBERÍADES
Breakfast. Departure towards Northern Israel. We will start our pilgrimage through JAFFA, the village where Pedro was staying and had his vision of the impure animals. This is the same Jaffa as the Prophet Jonah and other passages in the Bible. We will continue our journey along the path of the old road of Via Maris towards the ruins of MARITIME CAESAREA. Visit to the Theater and the Aqueduct. Continue to MOUNT CARMEL. Here is the stage of the performance of the Prophet Elias. Continue to TEL MEGIDO, the archaeological hill in the center of the Armageddon Valley. We are now in the center of the GALILEY where Jesus spent his childhood and adolescence. We will visit a reconstruction of a village as in the time of Jesus, reminding Nazareth of that time. Finally, the trip to the shores of the Lake. Check-in at the hotel. Dinner and overnight in Tiberias.

DAY 3 - TUESDAY - SEA OF GALILEY - CAFARNAUM - JORDAN RIVER
Breakfast. Crossing the Lake by boat, landing in the Magdala Valley. Continue to the ruins of CAFARNAUM, where Peter's mother-in-law's house was and where Jesus was staying and a great number of his miracles took place. We will continue to Tabgha, place of the Multiplication of Bread and Fish. We will end the morning with a service at Mount Sermon of the Mount. In the afternoon, we will continue to the North of Galilee to visit BANIAS or CAESAREA OF FILIPE, where one of the main sources of water of the Jordan River is found in the Golan Heights. On the way back, we will pass through the Land of Gadarenos. Return to Tiberias. Dinner and overnight in Tiberias.

DAY 4 - WEDNESDAY - JORDAN RIVER - JERUSALEM
Breakfast. Departure from Tiberias to the banks of the Jordan River, prayer and baptism. We will depart through the Jordan Valley and visit the Gideon Fountain, then we will cross the Samaria and Judea Desert, passing through Jericho where we will remember the conquest of Jericho by Joshua and the passage of Jesus through the city on the way to Jerusalem. Beginning of the climb to Jerusalem with a Triumphal Arrival in the city and a special prayer. Psalm 122.6 “Pray for peace in Jerusalem. Let there be peace within your walls” ... Dinner and overnight in Jerusalem.

DAY 5 - THURSDAY - JERUSALEM
Breakfast. We start our day at MONTE DAS OLIVEIRAS where we will remember the ascension of Jesus and the most beautiful panoramic view of the city that Jesus wept for her. Arrival at Horto do Getsemani where we will have time for prayer and worship among the ancient olive trees of the Cedron stream. We will continue to MOUNT ZION visiting the CENACLE place of the last supper of Jesus and the Tomb of King David. In the afternoon, we will continue through the mountains of Jerusalem to visit Yad Hasmona where the messianic community's kibbutz is, with a visit to the biblical theme park of everyday life in Jesus' time. Return to the hotel and dinner. Dinner and overnight in Jerusalem.

DAY 6 - FRIDAY - JERUSALEM
Breakfast. For the first time we will enter the Walls of Ancient Jerusalem, crossing the Jewish Quarter to reach the Wailing Wall and the Temple Mount where the Muslim Mosques and the biblical MONTE MORIÁ are today. We will continue on foot to the place of the Pretorium where Jesus was condemned by Pilatus and from there we will continue on the Via Dolorosa in the footsteps of Jesus to the Garden of Golgotha, the place of the Crucifixion and the Empty Sepulcher. Time for Worship and Communion. In the afternoon, we will visit the new part of Jerusalem with a visit to Menorah in front of the Knesset and the Holocaust Memorial. Dinner and overnight in Jerusalem.

DAY 7 - SATURDAY - DEAD SEA - QUMRAN - KIBUTZ ALMOG - MASSADA
Breakfast. Trip to the Dead Sea Desert. We will visit the ruins of Qumran where the Essene community lived, which left us the oldest copies of the texts of the Bible in their scrolls. We will visit the Kibbutz Almog of the young pioneers of Israel who turned the desert into green fields. We will continue to the MASSADA Fortress, where we will visit this sensational work carried out more than 2000 years ago by King Herod and the stage of one of the most dramatic moments in the History of the Jewish People. Brief camel ride. Free time for bathing in the salty waters of the Dead Sea. Return to Jerusalem. Farewell and Confraternization Dinner and Overnight in Jerusalem.

DAY 8 - SUNDAY - DEPARTURE
Breakfast. Check-out. Transfer to Ben Gurion International Airport for departure. BON VOYAGE!
