Tzfat and Druze of Galilee

We will travel to Tzfat (Safed), one of the four cities sacred to Judaism, known as the City of Kabala. We will visit its synagogues and the Art Galleries in The Artists Neighborhood. We will proceed to Rosh Pina, a small town that tells the story of Jewish colonization of the modern era in Israel. In the afternoon, we will travel to Beit Jan to meet the Druze ethnic minority, their faith and customs. We will visit the Historic Center, a Prayer Room and visit a family to hear about their unique relationship with the State of Israel.
