Family trip planning process (General outline).
Step 1: Planning the itinerary Share with us information and goals for the trip.
- What is the purpose of the trip? - What are your family's interests & travel style? - What time of year do you prefer to travel? - What level of accommodations do you prefer? - Do you want a private guide/driver? If so, how many days?
Once we have established the basics, our trip planning specialists will propose a draft itinerary for review.
Step 2: Confirming the trip costs and booking the trip. After we have settled on a basic itinerary for the trip, we will prepare a formal proposal with detailed trip costs and a listing of the services that are included. With your approval we will start the booking process that usually takes no more than a week. When the process is complete, we will send you a final contract with confirmed trip details and full payment terms.
Step 3: Before your depurate We will do a final day-by-day review of the itinerary with you and make any necessary updates.
Step 4: You arrive to Israel Once you arrive in Israel you can relax and focus on the experience itself. You will be meet at the airport by the trip guide. While the trip guide is your primary contact on the trip, the operations manager in our office will also be available to assist you in case any major changes to the itinerary need to be made during the trip..
